We are seeking a loyal and committed receptionist for a well-established maritime firm, headquartered in London with circa 15 staff, and a small office in Greece (of a similar size).
Run by 3 generations of family over its 80+ year history, the company has a lovely friendly and collaborative family feel, with very low staff turnover - the current Receptionist is retiring after over 15 years loyal service!
Based 5 days a week office from the office in East Central London, with hours from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm, you will provide typical reception duties, as well as general admin support to their 2 departments in Maritime and Finance, providing good variety with the role.
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a good telephone manner.
